The first one comes with Day 1.

Made for the body you have now.

No jumping, and nothing on the floor. A wall or a counter keeps you steady.

  • A woman takes a slow tai chi step, one hand on her kitchen counter.

    Nothing on the floor

You stand at your counter or a wall, a hand on it when you need it.

  • A woman does slow tai chi by her living room window, arms sinking.

An easier option for every move

Each move shows a gentler way to do it, and what to take care of.

  • A woman walks out of her front door and down the path, smiling.

    Then on with your day

A session takes 7 minutes. Add the walk after it if you like.

What's in your 28 days.

Short, slow sessions you can do in the kitchen.

  • 3 rest and stretch days

  • An optional walk

Indoors or out, growing from 3 to 15 minutes.

  • Support within reach

Balance moves keep a hand on a wall or a counter.

One day at a time.

Your plan is 28 days. Check in after each session, and watch the days fill in.

After the check-in: 7 minutes. Day 1 of 28, done. This week, 1 of 3 days. That's the sweet spot. Same again tomorrow, with a little more to learn.
  • It follows how you feel.

Did it all, and it felt too easy? Tomorrow's moves are a step harder. Too hard? A step easier.

  • Miss a day? Nothing is lost.

Your day number counts the sessions you've done, not dates.
