Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy covers the consumer health data fitvee (fitvee.com) collects. It applies alongside our Privacy Policy. Bolide Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, US, is responsible for it. You can reach us at support@fitvee.com.
What we collect
Only with your separate consent, which we ask for in the quiz before any health question:
- Your body measurements: height, weight and goal weight.
- Your goals and the body areas you want to work on.
- Sleep, night sweats and energy.
- Habits such as smoking or drinking.
- Life events such as pregnancy or stress.
- Health conditions, medicines and joint concerns you tell us about.
- Your plan's check-ins: how each session felt.
Where it comes from
From you: your answers in the quiz and your check-ins after a session. We don't buy health data or infer it from other sources, and we don't use your location to work out anything about your health.
Why we use it
Only to build and run your plan: choosing its level and its sessions, and showing your progress. We never use it for advertising, never share it with advertising platforms and never sell it.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run fitvee for us, under contracts that let them use it only to provide their service to us: - Cloudflare, which hosts our website and database. - Postmark, which sends our emails (it sees your email address, not your health answers). We share it with no one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While you have an account. When you withdraw your consent or delete your account, we delete it.
Your rights
- See it: download your data from your account at any time, or ask us at support@fitvee.com. - Withdraw your consent: in your account, under "Your health information". This deletes your health answers and your plan's check-ins at once, and each move in your plan goes back to where it starts for someone who skipped the health questions. Your membership goes on. - Delete it: delete your account from your account page, or ask us at support@fitvee.com. We delete your health data with it. - Ask who has had it: write to support@fitvee.com and we'll tell you which service providers have received it. We answer requests within 45 days. If we refuse one, you can appeal by replying to our answer; we decide on an appeal within 45 days and tell you how to contact your state's Attorney General if you disagree.
Changes
If we change how we use your health data, we'll ask for your consent again before we do.
