How to cancel
You can cancel your membership from your account at any time, without giving a reason.
- Go to Manage or cancel and enter your email. We send you a link to your account. Or open the link in any email from us.
- In your account, press Cancel membership.
- We email you to confirm it. Nothing more is charged.
What happens next
Your membership ends at the end of the time you've already paid for, and you keep your plan until then.
Want your money back?
Within 30 days of your first payment, or of your first full-price renewal, you can ask for a full refund in your account. Your membership then ends. See our refund policy.
