Stop signs

Stop any move that hurts. Exercise should not hurt, and these signs mean stop and rest.

Stop and rest if you feel chest pain, pressure or tightness (or pain in your neck, jaw, shoulder or arm), dizziness, fainting, a racing or uneven heartbeat, unusual shortness of breath, nausea, or a cold sweat. If it is severe or does not ease with rest, call 911. Tell your doctor about any of these.

Every session page ends with these stop signs.
