Refunds

In the US you can refund yourself from your account within 30 days of your first payment, and within 30 days of your first full-price renewal. The refund also ends your membership. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time.

• Get a link to your account with the email you joined with.
• Press Get a refund.

Banks usually show a refund within 5 to 10 business days.

If a charge wasn't made by you or someone you allowed, write to support@fitvee.com with its date and amount. We'll refund it and cancel the membership.
